At Inspiring Girls UK, we make it our mission to ensure that gender stereotypes don’t limit the beliefs of young girls. We connect girls across the country with an array of phenomenal women role models, that encourage them to believe that they are capable of achieving anything!

Sally has a varied background of work but with the common thread of working with children and young people.  She studied Psychology at University, having always had a desire to help people.  During the pandemic, Sally retrained as a Master NLP practitioner.  She has run her own business, Melody Monkeys, for over 10 years, providing educational multi-sensory music sessions to pre-school children in a variety of settings.  She also currently works part time in a special needs school.

In 2021, Sally started working with Inspiring Girls, leading the Barbie Dream Gap workshops in schools, as well as helping with content for this project.  Sally was delighted to be invited back in to the Inspiring Girls family in Autumn 2025 to consult on the creation of new confidence and resilience workshops.  She has loved being back, creating these workshops and delivering pilot sessions from March 2026. 

Sally lives in Hertfordshire with her partner and two children.
